Salary :

Base Salary : 1100 EUR Monthly (paid over 14 months)

Performance Bonus : Up to 240 EUR monthly based on performance

Working Schedule :

Monday to Sunday 09 : 00 AM - 09 : 00 PM (shifts within these hours)

40 hours / week

About the Role :

Join our team as an Italian Customer Service Specialist supporting a leading mobile operator. In this role you will handle customer inquiries, provide troubleshooting support, and offer exceptional service ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat

Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with mobile services

Provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements :

Fluency in Italian (C2 level)

B2 proficiency in English

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer literacy
