Research Focus: Diversity and Intersectionality in Migration Societies

Description of the research activity: She/he takes on independent responsibility for tasks related to the planning and development of research projects in the field of diversity and intersectionality in migrant societies, specifically in relation to:

Support in the planning and implementation of research projects, particularly focused on investigating the intersectionality of various diversity dimensions and their impact on educational (in)equity, as well as how educational institutions address these realities.

Support in the development and application of Mixed Methods approaches in the context of educational and migration-related research.

Support in the analysis of the potentials and challenges of super-diversity in educational contexts, particularly with regard to socioeconomic status, migration background, language, and gender.

Support in the identification and analysis of key factors for designing diversity-sensitive, sustainable, and equitable teaching and learning arrangements.
