The Fixed Income and Alternative team operates in the Asset Management Group of Banca Generali.

The team oversees the Fixed Income portion of the discretionary accounts in Banca Generali.

The team also manages some line of investments specialized in Alternative assets.

The Fixed Income and Alternative team in particular carries out the following activities:

- Managing the fixed Income portfolios through the selection of bonds, funds and ETFs where the separate accounts invest

- Monitoring of the interest rate exposure and the credit risks for fixed income portfolios

- Producing periodical reports for HNWI accounts, covering performance attribution, risk measurement and cash flow analysis

- Selection of fixed income funds suitable for the different risk profiles of the discretionary accounts

- Updating the funds ranking using their performance indicators (Information Ratio, Sharpe Ratio, etc.

)

- Looking for new opportunities in fixed income funds carrying out due diligence and deep analysis of the new funds

Good knowledge of the fixed income and credit markets

- 2 - 3 years of experience in asset management

- Excellence command of Office package, especially Excel and Access

- Knowledge of the Bloomberg system, especially Portfolio & Risk Analytics section

- Fluency in English

- Positive and dynamic approach to teamworking
