Fleet Business Support Specialist - Sede TRENTO Description He/she ensures to support Key Accounts (FBA) and Customers all through the Commercial activity for Quotations and for all Commercial Back office management (Support Activity) in Long Term Rental.

Roles and duties – core business To collaborate with FBA to analyze the quotation proposal requested by the customer + profitability analysisTo support customers throughout the sales activity by guaranteeing the production of car quotes for the construction of the car policyTo support sales activities working with Direct Fleet team in a customer centricity wayTo ensure the analysis of specifications for national or international tenders, including public administrationTo manage the prelease activity with external short rental providerTo ensure, through the use of VW's IT tools, the proper back office activity for commercial purposes, respecting deadlines and planningTo prepare specific reports for management or HQTo collaborate with the Marketing Department - Product Development to analyze customer requests and produce tender analysisTo collaborate with Fleet International for International tenders and for the management of international customersTo support on aftersales issues related to maintenance/invoicingCompetences Good practice in IT toolsGood negotiation skillsCapacity to work on multiple, complex commercial scenariosPersonal flairs Good relational skills and empathyTeamworkingProblem solvingOrganizational skill and priority managementStress managementEnglish required
