We are seeking for a Fleet Maintenance Manager.

The workplace will be mainly located at our Rome Fiumicino branch.

The main tasks would be:Fleet and mechanic workshops management. Update technical files and vehicle status in the system. Direct contact with several mechanic workshops. Review of vehicle damages and follow-up on repairs carried out by mechanics. Responsible for controlling fleet vehicle repairs, as well as repair times. Ordering vehicle spare parts. Collection and interpretation of data about accidents.

Verification of culpability and request for documentation; Work in our branches to review the condition of vehicles; Administrative managementRequirements:Knowledge of vehicle mechanics. Microsoft Office knowledge. Experience in the Rent a car or automobile sector will be valued. Availability to travel. Management and organization skills. High level of responsibility and commitment.
