Role and Duty – Core Business He / She provides to:
Ensures the correct management of property taxes and ANV registration.
Manages customer requests of contracts take over – coordinating activities with Contract approvals.
Manages customer requests of contract changes according to company guidelines.
Guarantees correct activities related to cars registration, reporting, and fuel consumption billing, fines management.
Ensures the correct management of End of Term, recalculation, and subventions management.
Supports sales force with information about procedures and products.
Supports Manager in improving and updating processes.
Provides reporting on activities when requested by Office Manager.
Manages activities related to the process of control and monitoring of providers' performance.
Competences Good knowledge of VWFS products and procedures.
Knowledge of main software applications.
