RequirementsWho We're Looking For: Deep Flexo Expertise: You must have a proven track record within the flexographic printing industry, either from a supplier or manufacturer perspective. Technical understanding is crucial. Sales Hunter Mentality: You're a self-starter, driven to identify and close new business opportunities. You thrive in a field-based role, building relationships and exceeding targets. Relationship Builder: You're not just about closing deals; you're about building long-term partnerships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Fluent Communicator: You're fluent in Italian (for customer interactions) and English (for internal communication within this international team).
