Floor Manager | Milano
In compliance with Goyard's policy orchestrated by the Boutique Manager and Assistant Boutique Manager, and in harmony with them, the Floor Manager, by his/her presence on the sales area, is responsible for the respect of sales ceremonial and procedures.
He/she organizes the activity and supports the sales team for the boutique commercial development.
He/she has complete control over products, procedures and commercial policy.
He/she is the guarantor for spreading the values and history of Goyard.
He/she reports on a daily basis to the Boutique Manager, and provides essential information for the proper functioning of the boutique.
Sales animation * Monitor sales objectives in strict compliance with the Goyard's procedures and commercial policy * Organize the client reception and actively participate in the sales * Conduct morning briefings with the Boutique Manager * Ensure that the boutique is well maintained (storage, presentation, cleanliness and comfort: music volume, temperature, etc. )
Supervision of the sales teams * Relay the action plans defined by the Boutique Manager and Goyard's strategy to the sales team.
* Guarantee an irreproachable attitude and grooming of the team * Support sales assistant's inductions and skills development Administrative management * Monitor schedules (including break schedules) and alert management based on daily and seasonal business fluctuations to ensure an exceptional customer experience * Regularly reports on traffic and customer typology to adapt schedules to the floor activity * Make the openings and closures of the boutique You will have strong experience as a Floor Manager / Supervisor and have a strong appetite for customer relations.
Organised, flexible and reliable, you can adapt quickly to your environment.
You are a good team player with ability to work autonomously, efficiently and accurately, and you are comfortable with computers.
Exemplary managerial & interpersonal skills are required for this position.
