We are looking for a Floor Supervisor for the season to join our Restaurant team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.

He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.

Reports to Restaurant Manager.

Main duties & responsibilities: Anticipate guests' needs and handle guest complaints, providing an excellent and personalized guest experience in line with our service standards Anticipate guests needs and handle guest complaints Cooperate with the Restaurant Manager for staff development; manage staff in everyday operations according to our standard and procedures Maintain a professional relationship with guests and colleagues Requirements Requirements Effective communication, emotional intelligence and adaptability Collaboration: be a role model for teamwork, and proactively go out of your way to help others Drive results: set clear goals and expectations and maximize resource allocation to achieve them Global perspective: treat one another with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background Be capable of advising on best selling prices and review regularly according to the Restaurant Manager's instructions Other requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in the same role in the luxury hotel industry Fluent in English and Italian; a third language is desirable Experience preferably at an international level in a fine dining restaurant required Exceptional customer service skills Professional knowledge of Italian cuisine and Italian & International wines HACCP certification Benefits We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.
