We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to complete the team in our Store in Serravalle Outlet.
The Floor Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our boutique, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and efficient workflow. The person will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, maintaining a visually appealing store layout, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets. The Boutique Floor Supervisor will report directly to the Store Manager and collaborate with team members to uphold the boutique's high standards of customer service and product presentation.
ACTIVITIES: Ensure Moncler Sales and Service standards are embodied consistently;Drive Store sales and productivity through key KPI management (Sales, UPT, Conversion, Client Data Capture, Productivity and Inventory);Provide motivation to sales team and lead by example at all times;Support in the recruiting and development of a team that will drive store sales and deliver an elevated level of service while building customer loyalty and developing new customers;Effectively coach and ensure all store staff complies with company initiatives (Training and Selling Programs, CEM, CRM etc. );Responsible for daily operations ensuring efficiency and protection of company assets through schedule management, inventory management, cash management, shipping and receiving, adhering to business needs and company policies and procedures;Analyse reports (sell-through and productivity) to strategically drive and grow business. MAIN REQUIREMENTS: From 5 years Retail experience with successful achievement in Floor and Team Management;Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel and Outlook);Proficient in English, both written and spoken;Analytical skills as to analyse sales reports and perform fundamental calculations;Strong attention to detail;Excellent and sophisticated communication skills. We would appreciate a person that has: Proven track record of successful sales generation, building clientele and employee development;International mindset, third language is a plus;Reliability and approachability. . .
