Let's see what it takes What you will do: Build strong and productive relationships with photographers Manage the portfolio of around 300 photographers Serve as the voice of the client for the photographers Maintain regular proactive communication with the photographers, mainly via calls and emails Conduct weekly/biweekly/monthly touch base depending on photographers' value Establish a trustworthy relationship and a strong sense of community with photographers Establish communication routines: gathering feedback on service and tools, updates on assignments What you need to succeed in this role: Native Turkish, and excellent German and English Mandatory 1+ year experience as a Success Manager Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM system Background in photography-related areas Analytical and research skills Mature and responsible attitude Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) Benefits and Perks: Fixed schedule, Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm CET Opportunity to work fully remotely Inclusive international environment Compensation in USD Good bonuses for referring friends Paid intensive training and probation Work-life balance Responsive management interested in your growth and long-lasting cooperation Greenhouse conditions for self-development Who we are: SupportYourApp is a Support-as-a-Service company that provides secure technical, customer support, and CX services for tech companies around the globe.
