Transferring knowledge to other venue managers within the village cluster and their calibrators to ensure the project is executed in the best possible manner.

Managing different stakeholders such as caterers and sponsors, liaising with specific functional areas in order to assist with their operational planning.

Collecting and verifying data from various functions to define the numbers for the food and beverage services for each client group in the different spaces within the assigned village.

Developing operational methods to deliver the operation.

Understanding the Games requirements for the different stakeholder groups and their specificities.

Liaising and negotiating with representatives from both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Participating in discussions with partners and suppliers to define their operational needs.

Identifying the most suitable process to guarantee the correct and agreed service delivery.

Supporting the FNB team with central planning.
