Job Requirements

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the direction and supervision of all the F&B outlets : 2 Restaurants up to 220 covers, Executive lounge, Bar lounge, Congress Center and Banqueting facilities up to 800 persons.

**Work Experience

3-5 years' experience in the same role in the hotel with high volume of business, preferably with international brands.

- Experience of managing and developing people

- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service

- Excellent communication skills

- Fluent in Italian and English

- EU work permit
