Job Description:Adecco Consultant Tourism is looking for a:

Food & Beverage Manager

for a prestigious hotel in the province of Livorno for the season from March to October 2025.

The role involves managing the Food & Beverage department, coordinating the front-of-house and kitchen teams, optimizing the budget, and ensuring high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities include menu planning, supply management, and compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities: Supervision of daily activities in the department. Team management and operational optimization. Menu planning and supply management. Cost and revenue control. Management of guest feedback. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of health regulations. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Problem-solving skills and teamwork capability. We offer: A dynamic and stimulating work environment. Compensation based on seniority.
