We are looking for our Ortea Palace Hotel, Sicily - Autograph Collection for a pleasant and organized Food & Beverage Manager to join our team!

As a F&B Manager, you will be responsible for all the F&B department operations.

As the front-line employee, your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction.

Your goal should always be to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and satisfied while in our office.

Job Summary

Food and beverage managers plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of restaurants, bars, cafeterias, and other businesses that operate serving food and beverage.

Food and beverage managers require great customer skills but apply management skills ensuring the labour and financial goals of the organization are maintained.

Duties and Responsibilities: Recruitment and training of staffOrganize, direct, and evaluate food and beverage serviceShift schedulingPerformance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedbackPurchase and control of inventoryMonitor revenues and expensesEnsure practice of health and safety regulationsNegotiate with clients for use of facilities for catering, parties, banquets, etc. Requirements:B2 level or above, good at oral and written English.
