Job Description:Ensure efficient issuing of certificates, updating of databases and data quality for food, feed and aquaculture.

Tasks may include: Check that the whole certification process is properly managed in the Production system, according to accreditation rules and procedures related to issuance, suspension, withdrawal and reactivation of certificates; Check and correct data errors, when necessary and align the Production system in the pre-technical Review phase; Support Local Areas in recovering technical information and facilitate communications with internal and external customers; Issue Certificates by using appropriate templates for each Certification Scheme; Issue Declarations of Validity and SOA Statement; Data publication management.

Our typical clients will vary and include all food chain companies: involved sectors are feed and agriculture, seafood and aquaculture, food manufacturing, food packaging, food service, logistics, import & export.

Position Qualifications: Self-driven and service-minded Solution-oriented mind-set combined with a pragmatic approach Naturally curious Innovative by nature Strong written and verbal English communication skills Have a sense of urgency and "can do" attitude Key Performance Indicators: Specific KPIs related to the tasks and responsibilities of Certificate Issue Officer will be established in the yearly planning process.

The performance versus these KPIs will be followed by Certificate Issue & Tech Review Manager who will perform an annual evaluation of the Certificate Issue Officer.
