Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Calamandrana. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of our restaurants and bars, ensuring high standards of food service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing food and beverage inventories, staff training, budgeting, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The Food and Beverage Manager will also collaborate closely with the kitchen team to develop and enhance menu offerings.
