**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2, 300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22, 000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:

We are looking for **Food and Beverage-Process and Supplier Specialist.

The identified resource will be responsible for:

- Support planning, implementation and management of all food and beverages services from chosen providers;

- Verify and control that contracted FNB service providers deliver the FNB operations that meet KPI's and is in budget;

- Support management of FNB contractors, ensuring that they comply with technical specifications and quality requirements;

- Analyse and control VIK agreements and progress;

- Follow contract management activities, coordinating with other internal functional areas and Olympic and Paralympic partners;

- Keep track of milestones and support the processes with FNB partners, contractors and with local health department;

- Monitor and report on supplier performance, propose corrective actions to reduce defects and improve process.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge in Food safety regulations and best practices;

- English and Italian must-have, other languages a plus;

- MS Office must-have, especially Excel e Power Point.

Smartsheet is a plus;

- Previous experience and knowledge of the catering industry;

- Previous experience with the management of contractors and assisting to achieve set service standards;

- Experience in working in major sporting events;

- Previous experience and knowledge in supplier relationship management.
