How your agenda looks like: • Global Strategies Development: Assist in the development of global strategies of Rio Mare ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.

• Global Strategies Execution: Support on the execution of various marketing and trade marketing initiatives with local companies and distributors, ensuring compliance with the Global Marketing guidelines.

• Customization: Support product adaptation and customization for different markets, ensuring relevance and competitive edge in each region.

• Performance Analysis: Support in the analysis and presentations on product performance and market trends for internal stakeholders.

• Project Management: Lead and help managing the development of projects collaborating with R&D, Regulatory, Global marketing team and International local marketing teams.

You will also support on coordinating external agencies and key stakeholders to reach an outstanding execution.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Global marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Local marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches and continuous product improvements.

Your team: This position reports directly to the Food International Development Manager of Bolton Group.

You will work closely with all departments of Bolton Food, International local companies and distributors.

What makes you a great fit: Education: Master's degree in business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field 2/3 years of experience in commercial role (sales, trade marketing, marketing) preferably in a global or multinational environment Data driven and goal-oriented profile, willing to negotiate in different cultural environments Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Other skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Local Language: Italian (required); proficiency in English is also essential.
