If you answered yes, read on, this is of interest to you. From the Nueva Pescanova Group, we are looking for a Food Service KAM in Bologna (Pescanova Italy) to strengthen our food service sales team. MissionDevelop and execute sales within the Italian food service market under the direction of the Food Service Director. Main responsibilitiesThis position requires a combination of commercial and logistical skills, where the focus is not only on maintaining relationships with key accounts, but also on ensuring the development of operations. Sales Performance & Commercial Action PlansAdhere to the sales budget and implement commercial action plans effectively. Identify customer needs and develop business solutions. Foster and strengthen commercial relationships. Create and present commercial proposals to customers, ensuring timely follow-up. Track orders and ensure all products are delivered as promised. Support efforts to attract new foodservice customers. Provide regular updates on sales progress and performance. Support the operations:Work closely with the purchasing and Supply Chain teams to coordinate order execution. Ensure the delivery of products or services according to agreed terms, managing delivery times and potential logistical issues. Act as the point of resolution when issues arise related to orders and deliveries. What We'd Like to Hear from You:A degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience in the Seafood industry is a must. A minimum of 4-7 years in a similar role with demonstrated success. It is desirable to have knowledge of the supply chain and/or purchasing. Proficiency in English at a professional level is required. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Where Will Your Workplace Be? You will be based in Bologna, Italy (Via Ugo Bassi, 7, 40121 BO) and report directly to the Food Service Director of Italy. What We Offer:A full-time, permanent employment contract.
