**JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be part of the MOVUS Italy's team, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, and your key responsibilities will be:
- Ensure that hygiene and food safety standards are met in all processes, from the receipt of products from suppliers to the shipment to Getir stores;
- Monitor incoming quality control of products and perform related reporting and action planning;
- Control and verifiy processes as specified in GMP and HACCP plans;
- Inform food safety teams and management in case of changes that may affect food safety;
- Monitor key process control points, report out-of-limit values and drive corrective actions related to temperature-humidity values of the general storage areas and cold rooms, pest control, and cleaning of all warehouse spaces;
- Record, investigate and finalize customer complaints and quality issues and follow upon corrective actions;
- Provide on-the-job training to personnel on food safety and HSE topics;
- Implement locally the new incident reporting and risk assessment system
- Review, develop and improve the organization's safety management system, ensuring that HSE risks are identified, assessed, and managed with appropriate control measures in order to comply with legal requirements
- Analyse and report near misses, accidents, and incidents and carry out investigations
- Perform site inspections and audits, and drive corresponding corrective actions
- Manage and monitor all related environment topics in the warehouse
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the main aspects of quality, environmental management and food safety.
- Ability to interpret and provide authoritative advice on quality, health and safety issues
- A basic knowledge of current HSE legislation (Dlgs.
81/08), management and standards
- Experience in food safety management in the GDO sector is a nice to have
- Hands on experience with data collection, analysis and reporting
- Experience with Quality and Document Management Systems
- Good command of English
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with great attention to detail
- Team player attitude
- No travel restrictions
