YellowSquare is looking for a **Food&Beverage Manager** for his Pub in Roma - Castro Pretorio.

**The Tasks**:

He/She oversees the management of the bar, making sure that complaints and disturbances are treated in a polite manner.

They also make sure the bar is always clean and tidy, even during peak periods.

Preparation of drinks and cocktails.

A broad knowledge of the recipes of the different drinks is important for this role.

The F&B Manager helps to take orders and serve customers, especially during work shifts, and to stock the bar as needed.

The inventory must be checked regularly and the F&B Manager is responsible for ordering the stock when it is low and supervising deliveries to ensure that everything is delivered and stored correctly.

He/She takes care of some administrative tasks of managing the bar and the customer-centered part, from shift planning, updating menus, training and staff management, which involves some office work.

Customer complaints or questions are addressed to the F&B Manager to handle them professionally.

The F&B Manager is responsible for ensuring that all customers have a good experience inside the bar, as well as solving problems among the staff.
