**ABOUT THE ROLE»

We are recruiting Match Day Assistants to join our expanding football department in Italy.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of sports technology as part of a passionate and dynamic team.

The role involves the setup and operation of our Goal Line Technology and Video Assistant Referee (VAR) system on-site at football stadiums in your region.

Working hours are predominantly scheduled around match times, over weekends and occasional midweek evenings.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting full-time staff with various tasks including:

- Installation and pre-match setup of GLT and VAR equipment at the stadium

- Conducting pre-match checks

- Liaising with match officials and broadcasters

- Monitoring the system during the match

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

- A strong technical grounding, ideally with or studying for a degree in a science, technology, mathematics or engineering course or equivalent experience working with technology or in broadcast

- Bright and enterprising, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proactive attitude and ability to work on your own initiative

- Time management skills and ability to work in a high pressure, live broadcast environment

- Ability to liaise with clients and customers in a professional and approachable manner

- Ability to liaise with other Hawk-Eye Innovations employees in English
