Moncler is looking for a Footwear Designer, working across all categories but specializing in Women's Footwear to join our Footwear Design Team to create best in class product that embodies Moncler DNA from the Mountain To The Streets.

A need for an innovative approach that pushes function, to create new forms and aesthetics.

In addition to working with the Internal Design Team from Footwear to Apparel, there will be opportunities to collaborate with some of the most renowned designers through Moncler Genius to bring together a shared vision for the Collection.

Located in Milan, Italy - one of the most important Fashion and Design Capitals in the World

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or Fashion Design

- 3-10 years of Footwear Product Design Experience

- Fluent in English (Italian a Plus)

Knowledge and Skills Needed:

- Undertaking Design Research based on the Creative Direction

- Pushing Creativity and constantly looking to the Future

- Strong Sketching Skills, Rough Prototyping, and Pattern Making

- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Knowledge of 3D Software a Plus

- Knowledge of Textile Materials and Research of Advanced Materials

- Problem Solving Skills working closely with Development Partners

- Strong Time Management Skills working through Multiple Seasons and Projects at a time

- Ability to work with a team from Designers, Business Teams, and Development Partners

- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and strong interpersonal skills

- Well Organized

- High Level of Taste
