Alti Profili, a division of the Umana group specializing in the search and selection of middle and top management personnel for the Italian and international markets, is recruiting for a fast-growing client company an EUROPEAN MARKET DEVELOPMENT OFFICER.

Main Responsibilities Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

Organize business meetings with potential customers.

Promote the company's products/services to meet or anticipate customer objectives.

Prepare sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal rules and guidelines.

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Participate in trade fairs across Europe.

Requirements Proven work experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role.

Proven sales experience.

Proficiency in English and German.

Empathetic communication and strong negotiation skills.

People management skills (agents in relevant territories).

Time management and planning skills.

University degree / BA in business administration, sales, or a related field.

Knowledge of MS Office.

Advantages Familiarity with target markets (specific to country).

Experience in the metal sector.

Fluency in English and German.

Commercial back-office support within the company.
