To strengthen our young and motivated team at the FORESTIS, we are looking for a Sous Chef (f/m/d) full-time.
Your talents Successfully completed a kitchen education At least five years of professional experience in the kitchen sector in the upscale hotel and gastronomy sector.
Experience in all aspects of the kitchen as well as a responsible division of labour.
Entrepreneurial thinking Clean and organised way of working organisational talent personnel management Knowledge of merchandise management and control Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP guidelines Creativity and flexibility Team player with strong communication skills Very good product knowledge Positive attitude and motivation Good knowledge of German or Italian and English Your duties Representation of the Executive Chef Smooth operation during service Compliance with the quality and hygiene standards specified by the company/ executive boss and follow the "NO WASTE" principle.
