For our factory in the province of Verona we are looking for:

Technical Trainer Heavy Equipment - Formatore Tecnico (M/F) We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Trainer to join our Service team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to our official Dealers from many foreign countries.

Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs on various sideloader models.

Conduct classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and on-site training sessions on sideloader operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Provide technical support both remotely and onsite.

Handle customer service issues.

Collaborate with other departments, such as service and sales, to ensure training programs align with business objectives.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a technical maintenance and/or instructor in a relevant field (e. g. , heavy equipment, industrial machinery).

In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.

Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
