Key ResponsibilitiesComplete the formulation process for injectable products in vials, syringes, and cartridges strictly following Batch Record and current SOPs. Load and unload formulation lines while strictly adhering to Batch Record and SOP guidelines. Identify and label formulation product boxes/tubs with progressively numbered labels. Perform unit counts of formulation quantities and accurately identify and record process-generated waste. Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly condition, strictly following safety and quality standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency. RequirementsProven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and a dedication to achieving flawless results. Capacity to strictly adhere to protocols and procedures. Ambitious and determined to successfully implement innovative solutions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to compete in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is preferred. Fluency in Italian is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Why Join Us?
