Role purpose**:

Manage Foundation's charitable programmes development and activities.

In charge of sustainability reporting.

Budget and accounting supervision.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Be the PM for the apps for good programme or other charitable programmes

- Liaise with various programme stakeholders - internal: Vodafone Group, Brand, Media Relations external: charity partners, other large companies

- Overview budget and accounting for Foundation (perform monthly payments, compile budget reports and keep track of yearly spending)

- Liaise with supervising bodies such as auditors, ODV or Vodafone Group Foundation for governance, budget, and administration internal processes

- In charge of sustainability reporting - coordinate Energy, property, HR teams to provide accurate data to Group and to compile annual local sustainability reporting

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Previous project management experience (required)

- Interest for the charity sector (desired)

- English: spoken, written at least B2

- Very detail-oriented (required)

- Accounting understanding (required)

- Interest in sustainability (desired)

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Office pack - proficient

- Confident excel user

- MA level

- 3-5 years of professional experience

**Key performance indicators**:

- Make managed programmes thrive, by creating new partnership and managing current ones in order to hit quantitative targets

- Keep governance, budget and accounting processes in good order

- Provide accurate sustainability reporting direction to Group and internally
