Azienda VC-backed start-up active in the RegTech sector Descrizione Lavoro You are a dynamic and motivated person who will be the right-hand of our CEO in the day-to-day management of the company and, together with the rest of Leadership Team, in strategic thinking, decisions, and execution.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Founders in managing daily business operations.
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and key projects.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather data to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the CEO in managing key partnerships and stakeholders, including investors, clients, and suppliers.
- Eventually organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and board updates.
- Coordinate between internal teams to ensure e? ective alignment on projects and priorities.
- Monitor and report on company KPIs to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
- Actively participate in identifying growth opportunities and optimizing business operations, improving processes.
Competenze ed esperienza Preferred Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in a startup, or venture capital.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting methods, and budgeting.
Required Skills: - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends and propose solutions based on concrete insights.
- Problem-solving: Critical thinking and ability to solve problems creatively and proactively.
- Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information clearly.
- Entrepreneurial Attitude: Proactivity and the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic and evolving environments.
- Organizational Skills: Attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to prioritize and to set up processes.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS or tech industries, with preferred experience in RegTech or LegalTech.
