**Description**:
In the role of Founder's Associate, your collaboration with the co-founder & CEO will be integral in steering strategic projects toward desired outcomes, contributing to the sustained progress of TrueLayer.
You will assist in handling high-priority projects and tasks, provide insights and recommendations, and assist in preparing high-quality reports, papers, and presentations.
This role is ideal for a versatile and ambitious generalist who is adept at handling a variety of responsibilities and can serve as a strategic support to the CEO.
**What we expect from you as a Founders Associate**:
- Work closely with the CEO and executives to develop strategic initiatives and implement the company's vision for growth and expansion in the global A2A payments space.
- Act as a thought partner and sounding board for the CEO, providing insights and recommendations based on thorough data analysis and research.
- Handle high-priority projects and tasks as set by the CEO, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Assist the CEO in preparing well-produced reports, presentations, and papers that effectively communicate strategic insights and recommendations.
- Manage and mobilise TrueLayer's advisory board, facilitating productive meetings and relationships with relevant stakeholders and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Partner with the CEO on go-to-market (GTM) strategies, bridging gaps and ensuring alignment with the overall strategic vision.
- Enable the CEO to be the best version of themselves by providing support and assistance in various capacities.
**About you**:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to approach problems with the right data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and papers.
- Hacker mentality, get job done approach, and versatile generalist capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities and adapting to changing priorities.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and take initiative while also being a collaborative partner.
- Comprehensive interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and ensure accountability with key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to handle high-priority tasks and projects with professionalism and efficiency.
