To carry forward our mission, we are looking for a Founder's Associate to join our team.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF Support the CEO in the execution of strategic initiatives, including research, analysis, and project management. Identify business opportunities, manage follow-ups, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Act as an intermediary between the CEO, the founders, and external partners, maintaining diplomatic and effective communication. Draft presentations, reports, and correspondence to articulate the company's vision and progress. Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential partnerships and market opportunities. Stay up to date with business trends and national and international events to expand and maintain the network. Implement best practices in line with the company's strategy and values. WHAT WE WISH YOU'D BRING WITH A proactive, sharp attitude with problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments. Business-proficient English level. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with various stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Experience in business development, project management, or similar roles is highly valued. High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information with care. Growth mindset, a desire to learn, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
