This is not just an operations or finance role: you'll be the right-hand person to the founders in one of the most ambitious startups in Europe. If you truly want to understand what it means to build a company, this is the role that puts you at the center of the action. There is a lot to do You will support us in: Financial planning & budgeting – because you can't drive a rocket ship without checking the dashboard Financial reporting & funding management – we work with top-tier investors and apply for ultra-competitive European grants: everything must be top-notch. Suppliers, contracts & partnerships – we collaborate with industry giants, so we need solid and professional structures. HR, Process optimization & Project management tools – we are scaling, and we need to stay in control. Strategic support for the founders – in a startup, every day brings a new challenge to solve Participation in networking events – because Neuronova is everywhere it matters to be Who We're Looking For You have experience (even brief) in business management, operations, and/or startups. You use Excel (or similar) to track even your personal expenses and thank the universe for Notion. You thrive in fast-paced environments and love structuring chaos into solutions. You're not afraid to take responsibility and dive into the complex world of semiconductors. You dream of growing into a managerial or even C-level role. You have fluent English (spoken & written).
