The Ortus Club is a B2B marketing company based in Singapore specialised in virtual and in-person knowledge-sharing discussions.

We run approximately 60 events a month globally, helping our clients create environments to start meaningful business relationships.

Some of the clients we've worked with include SAP, Google, Adobe, Zendesk, Microsoft, Meta, PayPal, and Microsoft.

**What You Will Do**:

As a Founder Associate (Operations), your mission is to immerse yourself in initiatives that drive significant impact for our organisation.

Working closely with the founders, you will delve into various facets of the business, spanning strategy, operations, and other key areas.

Your role will encompass exploring both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational tasks, providing a well-rounded experience for our stakeholder.

This position is perfect for a proactive problem-solver with excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities as well as an interest for travel and experiencing new cultures.

**Work Setup**:

This role begins with a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with our co-founders in our Rome (Italy) office (3-4 months).

Following this, you'll journey with them to our vibrant Manila (Philippines) office, where you'll continue to work closely with our operations team (4-6 months).

Relocation assistance will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gain valuable insights by shadowing and learning from our managing partners about the inner workings of The Ortus Club's operations

- Collaborate closely with the founders to grasp the core objectives of The Ortus Club

- Contribute to strategic deliberations at a high level while also immersing yourself in daily operational tasks

- Take on varied responsibilities within the operations department, learning from experienced team members who are integral to The Ortus Club's success

- Support the founders in business related activities as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated eagerness to gain insights and knowledge through mentorship and hands-on experience

- Capacity to contribute meaningfully to high-level strategic discussions while also helping out with day-to-day operational tasks

- Proficiency in identifying challenges, analysing situations, and developing innovative solutions to overcome obstacles effectively

- Excellent problem solving ability

- Proactive, curious and resourceful, but not afraid to ask for help at the right time

- A passion for knowledge sharing

- Eagerness to travel

- Advanced understanding of Google Sheets
