POSITION SCOPEThe scope of the Financial Planning Analysis analyst role is to support the FPA Manager and the CFO in the planning and forecasting activities and to provide accurate financial analysis against historical data and forecasts, to support the company decision-making process and ensure alignment with strategic goals. RESPONSIBILITYAssist in the preparation of the company's PL and Balance Sheet for strategic plan, budget, and monthly forecasts. Prepare financial reporting for monthly management meetings. Analyze variances compared to forecast/previous year. Maintain and develop current financial models and improve the forecasting process. Collaborate with IT to maintain, optimize, and improve current planning and budgeting software. TECHNICAL EXPERTISEUnderstanding of the Profit Loss structure. Understanding of the Balance Sheet and Cash Flow. Understanding of forecasting techniques. MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI). Data analysis and reporting capabilities. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCESMaster's degree in economics or similar is required. 1 or 2 years of experience in Management accounting, Controlling, or auditing is recommended.
