Fp&A Controller
Join our dynamic and analytical Finance team!
You'll have the chance to make a **significant impact** on our business's success by supporting our vendors, customers, and internal colleagues.
In this role, you'll interact with peers in both the local and European Finance departments, as well as with functional business leaders.
As the **FP&A controller**, you'll analyze and interpret financial and operational data for business planning and operations management.
You'll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely predefined **financial reports** and detailed **analyses of business performance**, primarily focusing on **customer rebate** areas and to a lesser extent, tax matters.
**Responsabilities**:
- Responsible for all aspects of **Financial Planning** and **Analysis** with a special focus on **customer rebate**:
- Support the **freight cost** analysis and review of forecasts and plans
- Responsible for the product tax related the Copyright fee and Inventory statutory calculation
- Preparation of **management presentations** for planning and MEC reviews
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators for specific areas of the P&L and Balance Sheet
- Consolidate and prepared **monthly management reports**, meeting reporting deadlines according to the Finance calendar.
- Coordinate the **budget (AFC)** and **forecasting process** to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Support local activities in SOX procedures, audit queries, and central team coordination.
**Knowledge Skills and Experience**:
- Degree in Finance / Accounting
- ** 3-4 years of experience** in a finance or FP&A role within an international company
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft **Excel** and PowerPoint
- ** Fluent in English**:
- Strong **analytical** and **problem-solving** skills, capable of synthesizing large quantities of data
- Ability to thrive in a multitasking, fast-paced environment
- ** Deadline-oriented**, able to perform well **under pressure**, with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization.
