As we at Kaleyra build on our strong market position and push for further growth, now supported by the strength of Tata Communications, we are continuing to develop our finance function. There is significant work to do over the next period as we balance BAU reporting, budget planning & forecasting and integrating our existing finance systems, processes and function into that of Tata Communications.

Kaleyra is now the CPaaS business unit of Tata Communications, sitting within the Collaboration & Connected Solutions division and includes both Digo and Insta:cc, forming a BU of almost 1000 staff worldwide.

We're now looking for someone that is ready for new exciting challenges and wants to be part of the next stage of our growth. This position is full-time and will be based in our Milan office.

What you will do:

- Preparation / updating of the budget and financial business plan;

- Monitoring of budgetand financial trends and periodic reporting for senior management;

- Monitoring of ongoing initiatives and preparation of periodic reports for senior management;

- Coordination activities with professionals involved in various capacities (auditors, consultants, etc. . . ).

- Work with colleagues across Tata Communications to integrate Kaleyra financial reporting and analysis into the wider divisional and company processes and cadence.

**Requirements**:

- Sound background in FP&A in an international organisation. Minimum 4 years

- Ideally previous experience in the tech/telecomms sector

- An understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working as part of a global group.

- Excellent financial planning systems knowledge, ideally Oracle Netsuite and/or SAP FICO

- Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving aptitude, and strong proactivity.

- The ability to work alongside business colleagues to understand business issues and both challnege and provide support and guidance from a financial perspective

- Team management experience would be useful but is not necessary

- Business fluency both in English and Italian

- Ideally a recognised formal financial qualification.
