**The Role: Senior FP&A Manager
Are you ready to elevate your career?
We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior FP&A Manager to join our expanding European finance team.
As an integral player within our acquisitive Group, this role presents a unique chance to influence the growth and evolution of our hub in Italy.
In this capacity, you will forge strong relationships with senior leaders within PIB Group's recently acquired businesses.
Alongside this, you'll closely partner with the Italy CFO to streamline management accounts and reporting, ensuring precision and promptness in communicating with the Group Finance team.
Furthermore, the role involves building and integrating businesses into our hub finance area, enhancing the quality and consistency of management information, and supporting various integration activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the production of high-quality monthly management information for the Italian business, adhering to the WD timetable and reporting to PIB Group.
- Collaborate with the CFO to provide insightful commentary and business review information on performance.
- Liaise with the Group Management Accountant and Group FP&A teams to fulfil data requests and provide necessary information.
- Support the business in budgeting and re-forecasting activities as required.
- Innovate and enhance internal processes related to financial reporting across Italy, ensuring alignment with Group policy and process.
- Maintain a high-quality audit trail and records to support the financial accounts of Italian entities.
- Work with external and internal audit teams regarding account production and the control environment.
- Support the growth of the central Italian Finance team through recruitment and team development.
- Aid the integration of future acquisitions into the General ledger framework, including mapping and aligning with agreed Group accounting policies.
**Professional Background, Expertise, and Capabilities**:
- Qualified Finance professional.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced centralized finance function as part of a wider Group.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver monthly financial information accurately and efficiently.
- Financial acumen within a multifaceted group, with a preference for the financial services domain.
- Proficiency in operating across multiple financial service/group requirements.
- Profound knowledge of general ledger systems and the alignment of accounts to Group summary.
- Excellent communication and persuasive abilities, with adeptness in engaging stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
- Skilled in data manipulation from multiple sources.
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint competencies.
- Familiarity with process innovation and enhancement.
- Constructive, cooperative, and eager work ethic.
- Robust problem-solving capabilities.
- Commitment to continuous improvement
