FP&A Specialist

Deliver best practice analysis and monitoring on the performance of PRI's Structure Costs, Handling Costs, Cash Management and Capital Expenditure (CapEx).

Act as a business partner with key deparments, notably HR, Administration, Production and Supply Chain, to foster value creation across the organization keeping at the same time a strong monitoring on cost evolution.

Play an active role on the finance digital transformation roadmap of the company.

**Main activities

- Be responsible for the analysis of Cash, with a major focus on Inventory, Trade Receivables, Payables and CapEx.

Prepare Cash comments also in relation with rolling forecast and last year performance.

- Be responsible for the monthly analysis of the P&L, with a major focus on Structure Costs and Handling Costs.

Prepare P&L comments also in relation with rolling forecast and last year performance.

- Define cash KPIs to be monitored monthly, to help increase the accuracy of cash forecasts.

- Be responsible for the development and running of rolling forecast and R&O processes on Cash, CapEx, Structure Costs and Handling Costs.

- Act as a business partner with key deparments, notably HR, Administration, Production and Supply Chain, creating a fruitful communication flow with them, to foster value creation across the organization keeping at the same time a strong monitoring on cost evolution.

- Actively participate to the development and usage of new tools, in line with the Finance Digital Transformation roadmap of the Company and of the Group.

- Communicate with PR HQ Business Analysis assigned contact.

- Participate in local & global projects, as well as in FP&A team-led initiatives.

- Be a strong player within the FP&A team, preserving the positive working environment within the team and with other departments.

**Education and Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in relevant major, Master's degree preferred.

- 3+ years experience in Audit, Controlling, Business Analysis, Consulting or similar roles.

- Experience in large scale organizations will be considered a strong plus.

- Milan center (2 days smart working per week)
