Fpga Engineer, Rome
RINA is currently recruiting for a FPGA Engineer to join its office in Roma within the Space & Defence Division.
Mission Provide support to system engineer for FPGA definition;Define the FPGA detailed specification;Define and evaluate IP cores to be procured;Define the FPGA architecture;Design the FPGA in VHDL;Perform coding rules conformance check;Design the testbench for the FPGA;Perform simulation;Perform synthesis and P&R;Analysis of pre and post-layout simulations;Participate in FPGA test and validation. Key Accountabilities Degree in Electronics Engineering or Physics;Ability to understand VHDL and/or Verilog-System Verilog code;In-depth knowledge of FPGA development tools (Vivado);Experience in hardware development for Digital Signal Processing applications;FPGA design and simulation skills;Good knowledge of Tools: Vivado HLS 2018. 3; QuestaSim 10. 6;Good knowledge of laboratory instrumentation (e. g. , multimeter and oscilloscope);Nice to have: previous experience in FPGA design in military applications will be appreciated. Education Master's Degree in Electronic/TLC Engineering or Electronics.
