Our Company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fragrance Lab Assistant to join our team. ** As a Fragrance Lab assistant, you will be at the heart of our fragrance development and evaluation process in our Lab. Your responsibilities will include the precise mixing of fragrance formulas, meticulous management of our lab compound inventory, and ensuring the safe handling and organization of fragrance compounds. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of quality and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Weigh, pipette and mix fragrance formulas with precision.

- Performing analysis of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products (gas chromatography, HPLC, etc. )

- Manage and maintain accurate lab compound inventory, ensuring all materials are readily available and in optimal condition.

- Implement and uphold strict safety protocols for handling various fragrance compounds.

- Order and restock lab supplies and materials as needed.

- Development of new test methodologies and stay updated with industry trends in fragrance technology.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with common fragrance chemicals and their properties.

- Chemical technician diploma or Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials engineering; pharmaceutical chemistry or similar ;

- 2+ years of experience in fragrance lab or a closely related role within the fragrance industry;

- Knowledge of analytical techniques, especially gas chromatography;

- Knowledge of GMP regulations;

- Fluent knowledge of the English language;

- Excellent knowledge of various instruments and machines used in the laboratory;

- Proficient with Office package, especially Excel;

- Good organizational skills, problem solving and resistance to stressful situations.

- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment complete the profile;

- Knowledge of Spanish language will be considered a plus;

- Prior experience as a Perfumer's Assistant, Fragrance Formulator, or Evaluator in a fragrance company;

- B driver's license.
