**Your day to day**:

*** The first impression is the one that counts.

To kick-start a memorable experience for our guests, we are looking for a Front Desk Agent who can handle transactions in a professional manner, offer useful directions to places and anticipate any requests to make our guests feel at home.

**Every day is different, but most of the time you will be expected to**:

- **Kick off truly memorable experiences with the warmest of welcomes,

- **Recognise IHG Rewards Club members and regular guests both in person and by phone,

- **Obtain, manage and receive payments for guest bookings,

- **Perform check-in and check-out operations seamlessly and quickly

- **Staying one step ahead of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailor-made recommendations

- **Being a reliable point of contact for guests, helping them on everything from billing issues to restaurant recommendations

**What we need from you

- **Accounting and mathematics skills for accurate auditing and payment processing**:

- **Cash handling experience for counting and securing bank and processing cash payments**:

- ** Good command of IT tools (Opera, Office, etc.

)

- **Strong verbal communication and good listening skills, for effective and pleasant interactions with guests and housekeeping staff**:

- **Customer service experience

- **Knowledge of hotel operations, offers and the local area**Communication skills, guests will come to you for both problems and compliments, so you must always be available for dialogue,

- **Your problem-solving skills will turn problems into opportunities, so every guest will leave with great memories,

- **Your ability to speak English fluently
