For a leading Company operating in the gaming & betting field we are looking for a

FRAUD MANAGEMENT DISCIPLINE LEAER

**Requisiti**:

**What you'll do**:

- You will join the Anti-Financial Crimes team in the Risk & Compliance Department and, in particular, the fraud management unit reporting directly to the Anti-Financial Crimes and Risk Manager;

- You will have the opportunity to be involved in the definition and enhancement of Fraud Risk Management methodologies and processes, ensuring their periodic review;

- You will conduct investigations into fraudulent or suspected fraudulent activities;

- You will be entrusted with monitoring the evolution of international standards, best practices and the latest trends;

- You will be tasked with keeping the library of fraud schemes up-to-date and carry out risk assessments on the main risk areas;

- You will support the establishment and development of anti-fraud processes, controls and rules in order to ensure efficient fraud detection and mitigation;

- You will advise on counter-fraud measures and promote culture and awareness by defining and delivering fraud risk training programs;

- You will prepare reports on the results of the activities carried out to the Top Management, internal management or Board committees.

**Who you are**:

- You have at least 4 years of experience in Fraud Management, ideally in leading consultancy firms and/or the gaming industry;

- You have a degree in Economics, Finance or similar or a STEM degree;

- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);

- You are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
