Euroledwall is an international entity in the ledwall rental sector for trade shows across Europe. With over 10 years of experience in the field, we are a young company experiencing steady growth.

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Expert for the german-speaking market.

**Position: Freelance Customer Support Expert

**Type of Work: Remote

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide phone consultations to clients who contact us (NO telemarketing or cold calling required). It's important to note that this position does not involve old-school aggressive sales tactics. An initial call is made to understand the client's needs (they contact us first).

- Prepare and send quotes using our dedicated software

- Manage contacts and interactions with clients

- Engage in secondary sales activities with existing clients

- Upon order confirmation, enter projects into our management system

- Collaborate with Project Managers and the Production Manager (who coordinates the activities of Project Managers in various countries)

**Requirements**:

- German speaker (mandatory)

- Excellent English, both written and spoken (mandatory)

- Possession of a VAT number (mandatory)

- At least 5 years of experience in sales/commercial roles

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction

- Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines

- Familiarity with CRM softwares

- Knowledge of project management tools

- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment

- Proficient in technology use, including communication tools and software, video conferencing, and project management, as well as artificial intelligence software

- Open to training and a constant desire to improve and grow.
