Freelance Events Budget Assistant - Available April
The Budget Assistant will join the Brand Experience unit, being part of the realisation of a one-of-a-kind event experience.
He/she will work closely to the Project and Commercial Management key roles, acting as a facilitator in the commercial procedures along pre-production and production phases.
Availability to travel (Italy) is requested. - He/she will be responsible for the management and supervision of event's segment budgets as well as being involved in the team's and suppliers formalisation processes. Key responsibilities:
- Support the Budget Manager in daily processes management;
- Work closely with the Admin Department to support the issuing processes of Purchase Orders;
- Support the Project Manager within the procurement process, economic proposals, negotiations, contracts and tenders;
- Track, check and update the project budget highlighting to the Budget Manager possible economic or administrative issues;
- Work hand in hand with the Human Resources Department in the issuing of Engagement Letters, Contracts and Payments;
- Supervision of the Logistic Department budget (flights, accommodations and transports etc.
);
- Once the project is over, support in the closing and audit phase of the budget.
**Requirements**:
- +2 years of proven experience in a similar role is a plus
