Freelance Instructional Designer
We are looking for a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop learning and practicing experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.
Main ResponsibilitiesCreate innovative and engaging digital contentWork with subject matter experts and identify target audience's training needsCreate graphic content in line with training materials for traineesConduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contextsApply tested instructional design theories, practice and methodsProvide exercises and activities that enhance the learning processCreate supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc. )Development of technical and functional learning assessment materialManagement of our LMS PlatformMaintain project documentation and course foldersWork ExperienceProven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology.
Experience as a classroom trainer. Skills RequiredExcellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design modelsGood knowledge of HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, and programming knowledgeSolid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management SystemVisual design skills (PowToon, Photoshop, Camtasia) and excellent ability to write storyboardsAbility to write fluent audio scripts/video scriptsKnowledge of Insurance Business and IT-related capabilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to co-workers and non-technical clientsCritical thinking skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlinesQualificationsKnowledge of instructional theory, including assessmentExcellent knowledge of LMS platforms managementExcellent knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360Understanding of website design best practicesExperience with LMS UX designDegree in instructional design, educational technology, or similarTeaching or administrator's license is a plusThis announcement is addressed to candidates of both sexes pursuant to the law (L. 903 / 77 and Legislative Decree No. 198 / 2006, art. 27).
