We are looking for a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop learning and practicing experiences.

The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.

Main Responsibilities  * Create innovative and engaging digital content * Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience's training needs * Create graphic content in line with training materials for trainees * Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts * Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods * Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process * Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc) * Development of technical and functional learning assessment material * Management of our LMS Platform * Maintain project documentation and course folders Work Experiences Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology.

Experience as a classroom trainer.

Skills required * Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional Design models * Good knowledge  HTML 5, CSS, Javascript and programming knowledge  * Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System * Visual design skills (PowToon, Photoshop, Camtasia) and excellent ability to write storyboard * Ability to write fluent audio scripts/video scripts * Knowledge of Insurance Business and IT-related capabilities * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to co-workers and non-technical clients.
