Review and screen resumes, conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and provide them with timely feedback.
Collaborate with clients to fully understand their staffing needs and company culture.
Facilitate the interview process and assist in providing feedback to candidates.
Utilize recruitment analytics to enhance strategies and improve the hiring process.
Requirements Proven experience in online recruitment or talent acquisition.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
C1/C2 Level English proficiency.
