**Requirements**:

We are looking for a **Freelance Paid Advertising Specialist **who cares about the environment and wants to get involved and contribute to the growth of Up2You.

**Responsibilities

- Support the digital acquisition strategy by planning and executing digital advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta and GoogleAds

- Manage budget allocated for paid advertising campaigns

- Monitor, analyse and report on campaigns and spend

- Give recommendations on campaign optimisation and improvements

- Support the team with Google Tag Manager requests

We are looking for you if you have:

- Proven work experience in paid advertising, especially LinkedIn and GoogleAds

- Interest in environmental sustainability issues

- Experience managing budget and optimising conversions

- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4

- B2B experience

- Prior experience in the digital sector

- Familiarity with CRM systems (nice-to-have)

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Project management skills

- Fluency in Italian

**Benefits
