LVR is looking for a** free lance stylist **to work in our studio in Florence.

Photo studio produces a world class imagery which brings a story to our customers not only showcasing the items, but also inspiring with styling, diversity, and uniqueness to each item.

We are looking for a **passionate, educated and trend-aware **free-lance stylist to work and help us create inspiring imagery for LVR e-commerce.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Guide models on set, proposing appropriate poses for each brand.

- Communicate with photographer & hair and make-up artist on set, collaborate with Styling Editor, follow the guidance of LVR on set styling.

**Must to have

- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize

- Demonstrate can-do & problem solving attitude, have an eye for the detail, and ability to adapt to the pace.

- Demonstrate brand knowledge, understanding of customer profiles and be able to create different identities on set.

- Knowledge of brand adjacencies.

- Capability to adjust to a fast pace and still deliver high quality pictures.

**Previous work experience in e-com is essential.
